It’s time to make your Memorial Day camping plans
Many of Idaho’s camping destinations are controlled by the U.S. Forest Service, which opens campground reservations six months in advance.
Memorial Day weekend — the unofficial beginning of Idaho’s camping season — is May 27-29. If you want to arrive Thursday, that’s May 25.
That means you might have more than just Christmas shopping to handle on Black Friday (Nov. 25).
