Pultz letter: Thank you
I would like to acknowledge the excellent service and the helpful, professional individuals I encountered when I visited the University of Idaho Extension in Ada County. I presented my problem and in less than two hours I received a response and was able to secure additional information immediately. So often, it seems that we are able to find reasons to complain, but seldom take the opportunity to say thank you for a job well done and for such gracious and helpful service. Kudos to U of I.
