Tonn letter: Chipseal season

ACHD is busy destroying our roads and bike lanes throughout East Boise and North End, as usual. Roads that just recently were resurfaced and in beautiful condition are now essentially goat trails. They have no respect for motorists or cyclists in the area, and seem to have no idea which roads need maintenance and which roads should be left alone. Chipsealing bike lanes is ridiculous and places the cycling community in Boise at huge risk. If I did my job like ACHD does their “job,” I’d be fired. How do we get rid of these people?
