Philley letter: Donald Trump

We live in an interdependent world. Prosperity and security at home cannot be separated from the rightful aspirations of people around the globe. This is why I question the tactics of the presidential campaign of Donald J. Trump. To listen to Mr. Trump is to justify America becoming a bully on steroids. I am hopeful this election season that voters who have been captivated by Mr. Trump’s bombastic personality will look deeper and see that his ignorant and divisive view of our place in the world is not the America we wish to bestow to our children and future generations.
