Dewey letter: Movie review

I haven’t written a letter commenting on a movie review to the Statesman since 1984. Back then the reviewer gave one of my favorite movies of all time — “The Terminator” — one star, which I thought was outrageous.

Recently another quality movie, “Hillary’s America,” was released and rated so badly by Alan Zilberman that it was given no stars.

This was put together by Dinesh D’Souza and Academy Award-winning Gerald R. Molen. It indeed would make no sense that Molen, the producer of such films as “Schindler’s List,” “Jurassic Park” and “Rain Man,” would associate his name with a film so bad that it gets a no-star rating.

To add insult to injury, Zilberman claims it is so bad that even D’Souza’s fans will fall asleep watching it. He is wrong on this as the audience was enthralled by it and stood and cheered at the end. It is indeed D’Souza’s finest work and something all need to see to get some enlightenment on the true history of the two parties and what to expect from a Hillary presidency.

Zilberman obviously rated the movie low merely because it was not in harmony with his bias.
