Kelpin letter: Ron Crane RNC statement

Having watched the Republican National Convention, I must respond to the Idaho delegation who cast their electoral votes for Cruz and Trump. When I pledge allegiance to our flag, I don’t pledge my allegiance to “the Republicans,” but to the Republic. I would never profess allegiance to an anti-science, homophobic, anti-education, backward group of lawmakers who haven’t had an original thought since Cecil Andrus. We may live in the most red state in the union; however, it’s most likely time Idahoans get used to the term “Madam President.”
