Boguslawski letter: Peacetime registration
I agree completely with The Washington Post story, “A New Peacetime Registration” in the June 26 edition of the Idaho Statesman.
I definitely agree with the states that have employed automatic registration through their department of motor vehicles. I appreciate the statement, “The United States should want citizens not just in the armed forces, but in the voting booth as well.”
As a voter here in Idaho, I believe our state should implement this policy as soon as possible.
