Millions of dollars were spent to reconstruct the Broadway on/off ramp next to the freeway. Beautiful job, looks great, until you come off the freeway, turn on Broadway and you see the garbage and bottles of urine the transients/homeless leave behind when they leave.
This stuff has been there now for over a month. If Boise is going to allow people to beg next to the freeway or anywhere else in Boise, then the city needs to send city employees out to pick up garbage weekly or stop people from begging for money on the corners, or next to the freeways.
