Hey, Meridian voters. We have a chance to have a representative in the Idaho Senate, Bill Rutherford, who cares about funding our children’s education and not about controlling local school boards.
Being a retired teacher from West Ada School District, I was appalled in 2011 when my senator, Chuck Winder, helped pass laws which silenced the voices of teachers.
Bill Rutherford is only accepting campaign donations from individuals and nonprofit organizations, unlike his opponent who solicits funds from corporations.
I hope you join me in being thrilled to finally see pro-education candidate, Bill Rutherford.
