Logsdon letter: Hillary Clinton
A fascinating opinion piece in the May 25 Statesman by David Brooks of the New York Times. He opines that Hillary Clinton is so disliked because we do not know what she does for fun. Wrong. It is because she lies.
She lied about the Benghazi attack being caused by a video. She lied about what she told the Benghazi victims’ families. She lied about a trip to Bosnia in 1996 as landing under sniper fire.
She lied about being named after Sir Edmund Hillary after he climbed Everest as she was 6 years old at the time. She lied about her and Bill being broke when they left the White House.
She lied to the West Virginia coal miner, on national television, regarding her comments about putting coal mines and miners out of business. She lied about her emails, top secret and not.
She lied about Travelgate, her endeavors in cattle futures, the Whitewater real estate deals, Vince Foster, and she even lied about her daughter Chelsea jogging around the World Trade Center on 9/11.
People do not like and do not trust Hillary Clinton because she is a pathological liar. Maybe she finds lying entertaining and fun.
