Bianchetti letter: West Valley shelter

This letter is written with an extremely heavy heart concerning the West Valley animal shelter’s covering up their error to the owner of “Bunny” who was told that the dog was “adopted” out but actually killed by the shelter. Yes, the dog did not have a chip — a lot of animals don’t due to the fact that it costs money to get them. I have chips in all of my animals due to the very reason of this letter. How many days did they keep Bunny before they killed her? Why did they lie? To a lot of people out there, their animals are family. They give us humans what we need the most — unconditional love. That is why they were created. Lying to cover up is not only a sin, it should or is illegal.
