Sweaney letter: Ugh-ly response
In (May 8) column written by Robert Ehlert I see the title “An Ugh-ly choice: Clinton? Trump?” One would think that Hillary would fit right into Ehlert’s progressive wheelhouse. By the way the words liberal and progressive are oxymorons. They can never have positive comparisons. Ehlert doesn’t demonstrate what aspects of Hillary Clinton would make her an “ugh-ly” choice. Robert needs to find some different friends instead of those who support the hopelessly liberal Bernie Sanders. If people think that our nation is Socialist now, it is a gift from God that this misguided old coot doesn’t get even close to Pennsylvania Blvd..If Robert truly has an “Eye on Idaho” why doesn’t he trumpet Donald Trump who will win Idaho in a landslide this November? A majority of voting Idahoans want Donald. All the Boise North-enders and Blaine County cannot stop him.
