Hope letter: Sharon Ullman
Have you looked at your property tax bill lately?
When Sharon Ullman was on the Ada County Commission looking out for our interests, property taxes were relatively stable. In fact, the only tax increase the county took during Sharon’s four-year term was generated by new construction. The tax portion of the county budget increased a total of less than 4 percent.
In the three years since Sharon Ullman left the Ada County Commission, the tax portion of the county budget has increased almost 24 percent. Can you afford this kind of increase?
