Cummings letter: Risch comment
Sen. Jim Risch’s comment about “spinning wheels” and the president’s Supreme Court nominee would seem to cover everything Congress has been doing of late. Perhaps it’s time to stop the “spinning” and to get some work done. I’m sure the citizens he is supposed to represent would appreciate the effort.
