Zufelt letter: Bowe Bergdahl
Regarding article: Bowe Bergdahl — Army once pursued softer approach.
My prediction is that once military justice has been pronounced, President Obama will issue a presidential pardon to Bergdahl as one of his parting actions. After all, what right does the military have to punish a soldier for just walking off his post in the middle of a hostile engagement? I would love for someone to come to me in a year from now and say “See, you were wrong.” Time will tell.
