Lunsford letter: Donald Trump
In an explosion, everything is blown outward. When it’s an implosion, it’s collapsing inwards and the damage starts within. With this said, I’m inclined to believe an implosion will take place in the Republican Party if Donald Trump wins the nomination, and there’s more than a good chance this will happen.
If it does, then we the people will get a chance to see something that I’ve not seen in my lifetime, both parties will work together to prevent Trumpt from becoming president. If they succeed, both parties can claim a victory. But if they don’t, it’s going to be a blast that will be seen and heard around the world. We don’t know if this blast will make things better or worse, but it will be colorful.
