Anglo-Saxons please. The Medicaid Expansion bill is dead at the Statehouse. So, what do the proponents of the doomed legislation do? They spend money on two flower wreaths and set them outside the House and Senate Chambers in protest.

Could that money have been spent on something less symbolic, more substantive and meaningful to those who need money for health care expenses?
