Christianson letter: GOP primary
In response to a March 11 Idaho Statesman guest opinion by Tony Park: Why did the public pay for the Idaho primary?
Your money has the First Amendment right to separate itself from the Idaho Republican Party’s welfare program doesn’t it?
Idaho Republicans collect political welfare money from (all) the state’s citizens to pay for their primary election events, which of course includes money from those that are not allowed to attend their (closed) March 8 primaries.
In other words; Idaho Republicans affiliate themselves with everyone’s money while exercising their First Amendment rights to separate/segregate.
The conservative party is very liberal at unjustly scooping up other people’s dollars.
