Worbois letter: Supreme Court justice
It’s perfectly obvious God wanted President Barack Obama to nominate another Supreme Court justice. Otherwise God would not, in His wisdom, have taken Justice Antonin Scalia from us when He did.
Yet the senators who are most adamant about “In God We Trust” are the ones now calling on the president to ignore his duty to the Constitution and, apparently, his duty to God.
Seems like we should be trusting God in this, not kicking Him in the face about it.
Another example of mixing politics and religion to brew up some hypocrisy — the one thing Jesus railed against more than any other.
