Anderson letter: draft a bill

The State Legislature needs to draft a bill doing away with a tool of the court. Circumstantial evidence is an antique of the old days. Modern techniques prove a person’s makeup, such as DNA, finger prints, hair and other methods. A lot of prison inmates would not be there if circumstantial evidence was disallowed. Thus a lot of money could be utilized elsewhere in the State of Idaho. It could be spent on new bridges or road resurfacing. Use modern means for the end result.
