Hidkinson letter: Litter
Recently, while on a trip to Jackpot to spend our Idaho dollars, we cruised Interstate 84 and noticed an extremely large amount of plastic bottles, beer bottles and garbage lining our beautiful highway.
Surely the trash was deposited there by the garbage god since we know that Boiseans, Idahoans and our visitors would not throw garbage out their windows.
I-84 is the entrance to our city and surely should be clean and beautiful.
