Fritsch letter: Municipal laws
The headline: “Idaho increasingly shutting down municipal laws,” calls to mind Thomas Jefferson’s belief “that government is best which governs least because its people discipline themselves.” It’s obvious our legislators didn’t get the memo or, if they did, they did not understand it.
