Movius letter: Foothills runway
It came to my attention that someone wants to build a private runway on their land in the Foothills above Boise. This proposal is close to my neighborhood. In my opinion I think that they should be able to build it and have their plane fly overhead. It is not a no-fly zone and we are in the flight path of airlines.
