Well, perhaps there’s one good thing that’s come from the repeated, across-the-border pilgrimages of Idaho Reps. Judy Boyle and Heather Scott to break bread at the nest of the gun-toting occupiers at Malheur National Wildlife Refuge.
As long as these freelancing angels of mercy preoccupied themselves carrying aid and succor to armed insurrectionists, maligning an amazingly patient and responsible FBI (We figured the FBI wouldn’t confront legislators as much as regular citizens), and bunking down in their truck on the streets of Burns, Ore., at least they weren’t back here at their day jobs at the Idaho Statehouse, creating further legislative havoc and continued embarrassment to their constituents.
