I’ve been following the story of the occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge and have a suggestion for its leader, Ammon Bundy. I suggest when you next want to promote your cause, you occupy the town of Emmett, Idaho. That’s right; your hometown. The place your wife, your children, your neighbors, your friends and the rest of your community enjoy life. I’m sure your sympathizers will rush to take up arms and join you. Your town should bear the brunt of this occupation. Never again show up uninvited in another community in another state and threaten that community’s well-being just to further your cause. Do it in your own backyard.
