Miller letter: Otter and refugees

I’m disappointed with Gov. Butch Otter’s intention to turn away from helping refugees. Boise has done such a great job in the past with refugees. Furthermore, our country was built on immigration with new people becoming Americans and proudly earning U.S. citizenship. If we isolate Muslims in our community with fear and prejudice, it will bring harm not good.
