Woodrow letter: Business practices

When you do business with a company you expect that business to stand by what they sell. This is not the case for me, well at least the salesmen at the business is not standing by his word.

I was told that he would get the heater in the car that he sold me fixed, he also told me that he would fix the O2 sensor that failed the day I bought it — their mechanic caused an issue with the passenger door and they should fix that, too. Now all I’m getting from the salesmen is lies and backpedaling.

What is this world coming to when your word doesn’t mean anything anymore? I’m not asking for the world but it’s wintertime, and I need heat in my car. Fix the heat or reimburse me for the repairs, is that so hard to ask?
