Stoll letter: Climate change
Responding to reporter Bryan Clark’s “Climate Consensus” article in the Jan. 1 Idaho Statesman, mere words can’t express how reassuring it is to know that Rep. Dell Raybould, the chairman of the Idaho Legislature’s House Resources and Conservation Committee, relies upon the scholarly expertise of Rush Limbuagh to influence his views on climate change rather than the biased research conducted by the world’s leading climate scientists. I admire Rep. Raybould’s courage for sharing his thought process and I’m sure his heart is in the right place. Still, it seems like a visit to the Wizard might be in order. Ditto for his many like-minded, critical-thinking colleagues serving in the state’s most Socratic and well-informed legislative body.
