Love letter: Climate change

I marveled at the statement from Idaho Rep. Dell Raybould regarding where he gets his information about climate change: “Listen to Rush Limbaugh once in awhile. See what he thinks about it. He’ll tell you it’s a bunch of nonsense.”

Just knowing that some of our legislators get their science advice from a former drug addict and college dropout makes me all warm and tingly inside knowing that decisions about Idaho’s future are in such scholarly hands.

So I’ve made a few New Year’s resolutions. In 2016, I’m going to take relationship advice from Kim Kardashian, fashion advice from Dennis Rodman, medical advice from Tom Cruise, moral advice from Jimmy Swaggart and legal advice from my hair stylist.

Thanks to The Statesman for their new series on climate change, however when it comes to science I’m going to follow Mr. Raybould’s lead and make Rush my official go-to guy.
