Tennes letter: Simpson

Some good items were noted in your clip on what Congressman Mike Simpson has done for Idaho. While mentioning the cleanup fund, A-10, etc. you omitted those things that paint a more accurate picture of our representative in Washington. By voting for the omnibus bill, Simpson voted to fund the president’s executive amnesty program, sanctuary cities, Planned Parenthood, increase in H2B visas for unskilled workers (66,000 to 264,000), and by media accounts $1.6 billion to resettle illegal aliens. No guarantee that the unskilled workers and illegal aliens will not come to Idaho. Amnesty, unskilled workers, illegal aliens sure add up to someone who follows the Washington elite rather than someone truly looking out for Idaho interests. The real Idahoan helped here is Simpson and his chairmanship. And how did our other three representatives vote?
