Krenning letter: Cooper Court
The city of Boise did the right thing when they removed Cooper Court. Most people don’t understand the time and all the people it took to go through with it. They had to deal with ACLU. You would be surprised how many rights homeless people have, so they had to work through all that. Overall, the city did a great job. Now I just hope they get some programs set up to help them all.
