Valas letter: Open range
In regard to the Open Range law ... Suppose you just entered a public park and as you enter you pass a sign that states “Off Leash,” and then a very large and vicious dog attacks you. When you wake up in the hospital you find out that because of that sign, the owner is absolved of all responsibility, and not only that, the dog chipped a tooth and you are sent the veterinarian’s bill.
