Lang letter: School superintendent

I worked in special education for 17 1/2 years before moving to Idaho and retiring in Kuna. I have a question about your Statesman editorial comment (Oct 26): “The board has lost your trust.” Really? How did the new members get on the board? Aren’t they voted on by the people of the community?

And to the woman who wanted everyone to vote against the levy because Linda Clark is out — really? Let’s remember what this is all about, the kids. One person doesn’t do everything for the district, it is a group effort. It seems to me that people wanted something new, so let’s support the new board and give them a chance.
