Republicans in Congress must be very worried about Hillary Clinton as a candidate for president of the United States. How else to explain the obsession with grilling Hillary about the attack on the U.S. Embassy in Libya. None of the Republicans seem to care about pursuing the perpetrators of the attack or preventing a future incident. It was a terrible event in U.S. diplomatic history. We should learn from it to prevent future problems.
Looking at the scale of this incident vs. 9/11 or the U.S. involvement in Iraq begs the questions: Why no hearings regarding the decision of our former president George W. Bush to invade Iraq, which costs many thousands of American lives as well as over 100,000 Iraqi citizens?
We live in very strange times; things are way out of whack. The madness continues here in these United States, the greatest country in the world. But for how long?
