Open space levy
While I am in favor of open spaces and clean water, why is the burden of paying for this solely put on the homeowner? Everyone benefits from this, why does not everyone pay? Are there other ways to finance this? An example of this is how Micron just gave BSU $25 million. Homeowners should be the only ones voting on this levy since they are the ones paying for it. Not all homeowners have deep pockets.
For these reasons I will be voting no on this issue.
