McManus letter: Free speech limits

I read with great interest the Guest Opinion by attorney Jim Harris in the Jan. 22 Statesman. We are lucky to have a “whistle blower” in the Bar to warn us of such a dangerous threat to free speech. And amazingly, it is sponsored by lawyers whom one would assume knew what they were doing. Thanks to Jim for the warning. Maybe the Supreme Court will sense the public outrage and correct this situation.
