de la Motte letter: Bruce Marchant
It is appalling to me that Bruce Marchant gets to live out his life in prison after brutally raping and murdering Sierra Bush. But hey, with the proverbial plea bargain, this seems to have become the norm with crimes of this nature around here. The death penalty would be the deserved penalty in this situation no matter what. Our judicial system just doesn’t get it right sometimes, in my opinion.
