Martz letter: CVS development
Whatever happened to the concept of mixed use planning? We do not need, nor do we want, another drug store within one block of two other drug stores at 16th and State. We do want affordable housing in the downtown area, and housing which addresses various economic means. Please change your direction, Planning and Zoning, Boise City Council and Mayor Bieter.
