Gordon letter: Taking a knee
Regarding Bob Beaman’s Nov. 9 letter about the NFL protest: Sorry, but Beaman can take a knee, thankful for a president who is on tape bragging about sexually assaulting women, getting out of the draft by a doctor diagnosing bone spurs and, when asked, didn’t know what foot hurt. Being caught in lie after lie. Claiming bankruptcy so he didn’t have to pay his debts — or his workers. Shame that Americans are willing to trade morality for economy. Just like the citizens of Germany under Hitler.
