Bower letter: Thank you

I have been fortunate and not had to make a 911 call before. But on a recent Sunday I had to call because my husband fell and I couldn’t get him up. I was very, very pleasantly surprised by how caring the 911 operator was and how she helped me stay calm and told me exactly what I needed to do. I really want her to know how much I appreciated her calm, pleasant voice. Of course the firemen who came first were great and caring and helped greatly keeping calm and out of the way of the ambulance workers when they got here.
