Simpson letter: NFL protests
How dare the president claim that the NFL “knee bends” are about the flag. Since when does a president or anyone else get to tell a protester what they are protesting? They have said from the beginning that it is about police brutality and human rights. To all who object to the protests, I hope you wake up black tomorrow. You think that’s too harsh? I rest my case.
