Spicka letter: Elect Frank Walker
Frank Walker, candidate for Boise City Council, has made a 30-year investment of his time, energy and commitment to our community and in public service for the past 25 plus years in positions of significant accountability that have contributed to our continued community well being and sustainable growth and vitality and all of this points to his suitability for the City Council seat he chooses to seek. Public service is no small undertaking or commitment, nor is it glamorous, it is for those who truly love and admire our vibrant and thoughtfully developed community ... and that person, in my humble opinion, is Frank Walker.
