So the final tally for Butch’s buddy to secure and lose the Idaho Education Network contract is costing the taxpayers $40 million? A little more due diligence and a lot less “who’s your Daddy?” could have put a nice dent in the Idaho health care funding shortage. When are we going to start governing and spending on what you know ... not who you know?
