Ludders letter: Charlottesville

After reading the article by Jim Jones on Aug 18, on “Condemning white supremacy,” I was astonished and disappointed with Raul Labrador’s response. It is not his “style” to comment on events such as Charlottesville. What he meant to say it is not politically expedient for him to respond. It reminds me of Edmund Burke’s quote: “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.”
