Parks letter: Dams, salmon

We must get rid of those old dams. It is imperative to protect our ecosystem of those rivers, avoid extinction of the king salmon, and the resident orca who depend on these salmon. The judges have ruled yet we continually cater to Bonneville Power regardless of the science. Do the grid, get on it, the people are tired of these dams and no one will go without power regardless of what BP says. That simply is not so. This nonsense is causing damage to our people who also depend on the salmon. Now without it we have a huge rise of diabetes alone. Do it. Make the move to do the grid and hopefully it won’t be too late.
