Moore letter: Wilks brothers

Thanks to Rocky Barker for his lastest article on the Wilks brothers. As campers and 4-wheelers we still can’t be sure what roads and trails are legal for us to travel on. Surely someone can get the public a map of where we can camp and four-wheel. From what I can figure out trail #409 in the Boise National Forest is still legal to travel with 60-foot easements on each side of the road. If the Wilks brothers are worth $3.5 billion, you would think they have enough money to provide a map of all their holdings. Rocky seems to be the only one who cares about helping us with getting information for our camping trips. Thanks for all your good work, Rocky.
