McCoy letter: Donald Trump

This is reference to Carol Bachelder’s letter, “Donald Trump and ‘the Swamp.’ ” First of all let me preface this with the statement that I am not a Republican, Democrat or Independent. I am an American. I have always voted for the person, not the party. That is probably a novel idea here in Idaho. In fact, I had someone tell me that if Charles Manson lived in Idaho and ran as a Republican, he would probably get elected. If she can only say that the worst thing she can see that Trump has done so far that made many people mad is that he defeated Hillary Clinton then she is wearing blinders or Trump-colored glasses. He had three deferments from Vietnam and none were really things that should have kept him out of the draft. He has constantly belittled people which indicates a bully. When he talks, he repeats the same words two or three times and then before finishing a sentence goes on to another topic. He is arrogant and supposedly loyal but has been dropping loyal supporters like it means nothing. We all need to let him know that he should be fulfilling his duties of the president.
