Horan letter: Lack of judgment

I am very saddened by your lack of judgment to put two muddy photos side-by-side on the July 12 front page — one being a manure pond that claimed the life of farmworker Ruperto Vazquez-Carrera at a dairy, and the other showing joyful people sliding in a mud course at a farm. The juxtaposition of these photos leaves me feeling like I was kicked in the gut. It was careless to place these photos together and dishonors the tragic loss of Mr. Vazquez-Carrera’s life.
