As a Marine, I’m grateful for the support I get from the Veterans Administration. Now that I’m in my 60s, I’m having problems large and small.
I had stents inserted to relieve chest pain and reduce the chance of heart attack, making a big improvement in my daily life. That was a large bill and included a long ambulance ride. Most recently, I smashed a finger and needed immediate care in the emergency room.
Unfortunately, I’ve faced some billing delays. Three times when I’ve hit a snag, I got help from Congressman Raul Labrador. His office contacted the VA and helped make sure I dotted my I’s and crossed my T’s. Consequently, the bills finally got paid.
I’ve told friends and family about Representative Labrador’s great constituent service. I’d like to publicly thank the representative and recommend that anyone needing assistance with the U.S. government give him a call.
