Chekel letter: Freeway trash
As driver who frequently travels west on I-84 between Boise and the Eagle exit, I am appalled at the trash building up along the cement walls on either side of this fast-moving, beautiful highway. What do visitors to our famous City of Trees feel, especially after visiting Boise’s surrounding communities? I know the blame does not entirely lie with Idaho residents but with interstate travelers as well. Meanwhile, I hope the powers that be will exercise their power to get busy to spruce up our highway. Let’s walk the talk about why so many people chose to reside in the Boise area. I will be watching. Thank you.
